multiple ways aannai... 2 strategies depending on your situation. 1. Eb1 route. You are employed by this company, and you prove that without you this company doesnt have the brain power to run. 1a. you can prove that you are in a managerial position in this company and you are invaluable asset so Eb1. 2. Investor route.. you have to prove that your company is going to provide direct and indirect employment to lot of americans. Memu filed chesina patent in 2011 got approved now. I am one of the inventor among the three (2 other are Amrus) and just got plaque/certificate from US patents. My question is this helpful in fast up my GC process. Currently I am filed in EB2- 2011. Is there any way get my GC soon. Any pointers appreciated. I didn't contact my attorney. Before approaching him, I want to collect more info about this. vachey May ki completed 12 years on H1B, still doesn't have much freedom to have their own. |
