Jambal bro.... Today doc said i will have to be on thyroid med for the rest of my life. I felt like i have gotten old. My active lifestyle doesnt match up with TSH number (14ish). Normal is from 1-5. I am not getting the medicine he prescribed. I will change the diet and see how it goes. BTW, how much TSH u had in 2009?? These docs just go with whatever they see on paper and start acting accordingly. I feel super healthy with no symptoms of hypothyroidsm whatsoever. | ||

Magnesium and Iodine deficiency can lead to Thyroid problems. Acute ayithe eyes will begin to pop-out... like RGV... 2009 lo I had similar problem actually. My TSH values has always been at 3ish (Nomal: 1-5ish). This year it went up to 24. Doc wanted the retest. The retest showed 15. No symptoms what so ever. I am 5'8 and my weight has been 145ish pounds. I am a lean healthy, with super flat tummy. I used to be a good runner and intense racquetball player. Whats the deal?? Docs appointment tomorrow. I started eating sprouts in the morning since 1 month. |
