well everybody that this rule will give EAD to everybody. but looks like only few will benefit from this rule who has compelling reasons. we do not know what those compelling reasons are yet. | ||

i think ee sari kuda eb ballaki peddaga em labham ledhu anukunta. the only benefit is you can retain your i140 if you change your employer earlier you ahve to start your labor and i140 process all over again , but you can retain your priority date. now you dont even have to re apply labor and i140. in other words better flexibility to change jobs/take promotions . other than that i dont think it specifically says that they are going to give EADs to every tom dik and harry who has i140 approved. | ||
