Art of Living lo "So-ham" mantra tho practise cheyyisthaaru .... A recorded tape with 10 or 20 min play, accelerated Inhale/Exhale, rhythmic ga cheyyali.

Natural mantra:

The Soham mantra is a natural mantra because it is already part of your nature.

Sooooo... is the sound of inhalation, and is remembered in the mind along with that inhalation.

Hummmm... is the sound of exhalation, and is remembered in the mind along with that exhalation.

Universal mantra:
The Soham mantra has been called the universal mantra because of the fact that its vibration is already a part of the breath, and everybody breathes. Sooooo... is the sound of inhalation, and Hummmm... is the sound of exhalation.

warm up 5 mins - jog in same place, jumping jacks, side ways alternate leg jumping etc. this will generate heat in the body and also open up nostrils.

then stop. and observe breath for 5-10 breaths. rest in rag doll position



Cocanada:

then sit in sukhasana

wait till your breath settles

do naadi shudhi (alternate nostril breathing)

surya namaskar - slow pace. 4-5 breaths in each pose

do one round in slow pace.

then based on your stamina, you can do how many ever you can till you get tired in regular pace.
