My point is they cannot be stopped by the airlines people because of some order....at the POE us dhs can stop them because of suspicion.... Have the students blundered absolutely....in this internet zamana u cannot be this crazy and try to get into us by hook or crook...again this rule has not been enforced by all airlines and some svu students have cleared us poe and entered USA...so there is lack of clarity...u can say that its case by case where some students were crazy enough to not carry tuition fees....I don't have sympathy for these students but so much of confusion with these departments of homeland and CBP etc etc is not acceptable | ||
