Accredition is not govt rule .. vadu undi annadi wrong news.. At the end of the day the student has to decide whether that university is good for him or not and compnay to think whether that certificate worth or it is equal to shit paper | ||

sanju Giving i20, getting visa.. everything is legal. that is why embassy is giving visas. According to usa law.. any education intitution registered one can offer i20. it need not to be accredited university. You can also regster xyz university according to your state law and issue i20.. student gets visa.. teach them what you offered and send them back.. but they should not work.. they need to spend money.. that is it. it is upto student whether he want that course or not..govt do not involve. govt has issue only when they work with that visa. | ||

I live next to this NPU. Daily see a fleet of junkey indian kids around the so called univ(it looks like an office complex, not an institution though) hanging around 7 eleven near by etc.. I have never smelled the education flavor around it. | ||
