Random incidents enti mastaru .. there are lots of other stories doing rounds on the internet by many ex-students/alumni .. am not imagining them maligning their alma mater for whatever reasons! You are from FTII? And into IT?  Tokkalodi .. smoking ee banned in universities/educational institutions across India aithe .. drinking and weed etc environment healthy aa? enna seta? Btw .. do not generalize from random incidents....its as easy as calling this govt intolerant from same random nuances... to my knowledge, 90% of learning in ftii happens through seniors.....talk to any alumni privately, they will say 'screw faculty, we learnt from our seniors'..... from my experience, I can say i witnessed: respect/admiration for seniors from juniors and affection for juniors from seniors..... guys love the insti so much that, alumni biggies even today go there-live in hostels-spend some quality time with the students-clarify their questions related to techinque and art..... and of course, film making is a male dominant art (worldwide phenomenon, mind you)....you might see them in editing/screen writing may be in direction lately...... asalu 80s lo cinematography branch teeskunte, 12 lo 10 mallus undevallu, cheta-chechi anukunta  I found a free and healthy environment......of course, art school kabatti-campus lone gaddi kottina evadu pattinchukodu..... also it is not uncommon for students to chose their life partner in the insti as well.... | ||
