Congress MPs in the Rajya Sabha have adopted a 'quota and reservation' policy during the agitations in the Well of the House in parliament. MPs mostly from Andhra Pradesh are the first to troop into the Well of the House, once a signal is given by the Chief Whip. The MPs troop into the Well and position themselves at chosen spots -- to ensure they are in the limelight on the Rajya Sabha TV cameras. It's as if they have been frozen to their spots, not an inch do they move. And it happens every day.  Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity. |
