BTW, what is it about Ramon Magsaysay award.......sounds fishy......look at the recipients.....few years back some girl in some gets it.........donates to NGO.....AK gets it.....donates to NGO.....now another congee IAS guy gets it........avoids NGO donation as the truth about them is out now....... the criteria to select these guys........and the media hype about these guys compared to their real achievements........some foreign meddling anipistondi..... | ||
