Punching bag is way better in my experience. if you have a choice go for punching bag, but you will have to shadow box(punching in the air) your moves before moving to punching bag.

I am still bending my knees one fine day I would make myself to sit in L position and move front and back with controlled motion :-)

If you guys never tried then I would suggest try this

I also do boxing at home.. i do it boxing,running, pushup one after other as circle.




good. boxing means you do it with punching bag or punches in air? I do punching in air as fast as i can when my treadmill does not work. it exhausts more than running on tredmil in short time.

i do not diet. i avoid junk food, drinks, sugar and try to eat brown rice, roti, chicken fish.. my routine is normal..no protein supplement..

I did a few half marathons but never a marathon.. i was on the verge a couple of times, but it just never happend.. ippudu naa level ento naake thelvadhi...

But It's working well 30 mins cardio feeling burning hips to thighs

I do 1 hours workout ( 20 to 30 mins cardio and 30 mins weights thrice week) not much effect on lower abdomen :-(.

eat protein in every meal..3 meals kalipi 90 to 100 gm vasthe chalu if dont workout..

workout chese vallaki, entha chestharu ane dani meeda depend avudhi..micheal phelps gadu tooooo many calories burn chesthadu, so he need to eat lot.. aa lot lo min 30-40% cal protein nunchi vasthe good anukuntuna

just eat real food.. ee shakes avasaram ledu..no chance of real food ante appudu use it as meal replacement. its called supplement for a reason.. dont make it regular

vonly alternative I see is..working out at 5 like you.. but workout avvagane filter coffee paduthundi :D

this is again oka mental block to overcome

unless you are training at 'athlete' level or health issues poor metabolism which leaves you exhausted...you don't need to eat for daily workouts

if you are doing something like periodic long runs, biking etc , yes makes sense as your endurance activity demands it

I eat at 8 Pm, sleep at 10
workout at 5...went through these phases of eating before activity...

As per my trainer and many websites says

Based on your weight multiplied by following decimal number of grams protein you should take.

As I am 175 lbs and per lb I should take 0.7 to 1g of protein as my target is to build muscles

So like wise based on your target you should take protein

As ppl who eat meat may get protein from meat but still they have consume a lot to get i.e per day they should eat 5 or 6 times protein rich food and other like vitamins good fats etc

So it's difficult to eat that kind of food everyday so that's where protein shakes comes into picture

I do take protein shake weekly 5 times. Especially when I do heavy intense exercises like bench press squats etc


Again remember too much nuts also dangerous as they give too many calories again you should do more work out to burn those calories :-(

Where as protein shakes will not add many calories to your body especially whey isolate which I consume. No flavours no sugars added
Driving is my PASSION.
Ball or Bimmer does not matter.

sein and fafesh covered ground...wallus eppindhee follow ayipondi

same time nuts lo unnayi, I will derive my protein intake completely from it antay kooda kattam...balance the whole deal , balance the sources

for me breakfast is the biggest meal ...I used to eat 5-6 eggs, oats , mushrooms etc ...no protein shake at that time...porapaatuna taagina, tummy would open dam gates in one hour

ippudu time ledhu after workout...so sub with simple whey plus water and PBJ sandwich...
again the brand I use is bland, no sweeteners stype like sein mentioned...
protein shake uth kee aa type brands nachavu malli...observed in desi and videsi 'uth'

Some people believe that after workout you need protein isolate etc.. to build muscle.. i did not see as such any advantage..

Anything which is against normal process i feel that it is going to effect organs. understand your body and take it.

Try to get pure form of protein like real meat or close to pure form from websites like pureprotien or trueprotien..they r pricey though

protein is only good if you are lack of protein from your food..

try to get from the food.. chicken breast, egg whites, 2% milk , fish.. etc.

you do not need protein supplements unless you are suffering from decease which stops you from eating above or your are like muscle builder..

for your kind of routine you do not need whey or other protein supplements..
