More than 6 months ki there won't be any issue..but if you sell in 2 months or 4 months...then lender will question your intent. Mundhe chepte loan kooda ivvaru.

If you are flipping houses...typical turn around time 2-6 months...antha tvaraga mortgage pay cheste the lender/fannie mae etc will loose money.

Pedda improvements kaadhu...even paints, hardwood refinishing and carpets will cost 10k...he is not living there...aa staging chooste flipped house laagane vundhi.... If he got regular financing...he will be blacklisted from getting future loans if he sells this fast.
