if car rental is onsite (at airport), you just walk into airport. If it is offsite (off the airport), they MUST provide shuttle to airport. It is already there. If you want, I can give you another business idea. Start selling snake-oil for premium. There are lot of customers in line. | ||

Even though it was a long shot.. wanted to give it a try.. asked a guy at the return center.. "You know something.. At Philly airport, one of the car rental return and parking company offer white glove service.. you guys should start that here given the rush you get at this airport" He asked "what is white glove service?" "When someone comes to return the car or park the car.. they take the customers to airport directly to save the time.. and they charge small premium" "Who would pay for that? i don't think it will fly" "No, you will be surprised..
