Dhonifan:

Notably, Dhoni has already entered the army shooting range and undergone complete arms training and hopes to serve the country as a military officer, whenever required to do so by the army.

One of the most successful Team India captains and hony. Lt. Colonel in the Indian Army Mahendra Singh Dhoni is now on his way to earn the prestigious maroon beret of a paratrooper with the army. Dhoni is currently in Agra undergoing paratrooper training at the Army Air Transport School (AATS) near Kheria airforce base.

Arriving in Agra on Thursday evening, Dhoni said that it was his duty towards the army to sincerely perform his duty, despite an honorary rank. He said that he hoped to complete all five jumps within the fifteen day training period and earn the maroon beret and paratrooper wings for his uniform.

Dhoni's instructor at the AATS said that Dhoni was being treated as a regular military officer and given exactly the same training as was imparted to any officer undergoing paratrooper training.

In the fifteen day training, Dhoni will initially be given ground training and only after the rehearsal was perfectly done, will he be allowed to take the first jump, although he refused to reveal when that was supposed to happen.

Notably, Dhoni has already entered the army shooting range and undergone complete arms training and hopes to serve the country as a military officer, whenever required to do so by the army.

Dhoni's fan and local cricketer Amir Qureshi said that Dhoni was an all-rounder in every field of life. He has made great strides in developing himself as a complete youth icon and the entire world hopes that he creates a world record in para jumping as well.
