If u r over aged then muscle growth is next to impossible
If you try to do tough exercised at that age then serious injuries will happen

Where as 40s no way serious injuries that too when u r doing right way :-)

I would say this by experience

When u got more junk or fat in your body
Lazyness will be there. Bcos of this when u do tough
Exercises your body would not cooperate as it would not
Move as you try to do

This is where diet comes into picture.
Having proper diet make u r body take or junk
And slowly body becomes lean at the same time keep
Doing exercise with low intense as and when u r body
Getting lean and increase intense gradually
It's just like XY graph.
Initially your body is in -ve side with above procedure
I comes out of -ve side to X-axis that's where balanced state
And don't give up keep increase intense and one fine day
You would see the pointer will be in +ve side if XY axis

That's the my ultimate goal or dream

Teens.

Regd body muscle etc still can be built provided
Not over aged and not having too much obesity




there is also something called Muscle memory..of course..more sports related anuko..this is at peak absorption level between 8-11 years of age..

but basically..you are better off starting early into these kind of stuff

late starters have to be little careful ani kavi bhavam..as they are more injury prone

manam edo fat rakunda undataniki excercise sese bapathu..so manam entha thakkuva intake teesukunte sugar antha manchidi..plus manam sese range ki body lo salts anni emi povu, just water tagithe chalu dehydration ki

you break muscle fibre, you eat good food, lots of it, your blood will carry those nutrients (protein) and will repair your muscle tissue making it to grow bigger..

nearly impossible..

when you gain weight, you get both M + f

when you lose weight you lose both m + F

only thing you can do is by proper training and diet, minimize muscle loss when losing wieght, and minimise fat gain while gaining weight

ee 6facks 8facks are not permanent if you dont have body building experience till your 25ish age then never take that route ..
