It's very flexible you can take out and put back the tubes
As and when you need

Very good exercise at all times

Likewise isometrics equipment too helps very well just doing at home
Very simple to use and very effective and intense

Look into you tube videos to know more about above said products

2 scoops of rice badhulu 3
see how your body is reacting

where are you getting this numbers from?

i am 160 lbs...if i run for 30 mins...i burn close to 250-280 cals (from runkeeper) which I think is believable than the numbers from many machines
even my elliptical says 300 cals for a 30 min workout...whic i think is correct as i know the effort

ppl who were visting me were surprised at the low numbers when they used the ellptical at my home as they were expecting in 500 range

papi annai monna seppad...at max 300 kotta galamu unless training high volume at athlete level ani...ee age and gauge lo adhi correct ani fix ayyanu

Isometrics or resistance rubber etc u can do any time while watching TV or while working with computer etc
I carry resistance rubbers ab roller etc to office too
I do 3 sets every two hours

Just do these u don't need to buy any equipments

Just making use of your body weight
1. Push ups either knee down or just on toes
2. Squats with bare hands but stretched forward
3. Leg raises alternate make sure start with slow and increase intense and with different directions like forward , backward and side this helps agile movements

Many more but always keep focus on core, breathe in and outs

Heavy workout laantidi zara kasht hai..

naa shoulder surgeon gaadu seppadam..don't try to lift any weight..with your hands above your shoulder level ani..given that both shoulders are now weak..mixing and matching planking with light push ups to strengthen them for now..

max I can go is work on the elliptical (that I plan to buy) for 40/45 minutes..not sure..at that point..it will be counted as "heavy workout"

light weights tho lean muscle build seyyochu annaru DB eggspurts..so adi inka trying seyyale anuko..

if you are already lean or close to lean...8-10% increase of body wt increase could increase waist sizeb by may be one number
but you should not be worried as long as the increase in waist size is not going to bojja but gain in core muscles - legs, back, chest, shoulders

you need carbs + protein to build muscle...aa calories karchu pettakunda bank lo vesthay asalu plus vaddi bojja lo cherukuntundhe
