I always wanted to come up with an app/website where users can rate movies based on different criteria and see if it is possible to come up with some analytical data about the quality and box office performance I put together some criteria and rated some movies that i could think of Here are some results i have http://imgur.com/U8DGJZg Obviously that is my opinion only but it definitely shows the correct rating for my taste for those movies. The criteria i chose is only a sample and i am using only average of all criteria without variable weight to each measuring criterion Here is the feedback I need - 1) What other criteria would you use 2) If you put these criteria in an excel file and rate a few movies, does your average make sense to you ? 3) Will this work for all movies if i made an app/service and open it to public (then it will be averages of number of users) 4) Would you use such service to decide whether or not to watch a movie (considering the ratings are strictly moderated for mindless fan posts and spam) |
