If ur h1 validity is past 6 yrs, u will fal under quota.. Since he had valid h1 within last 6 yrs, he can use the EAC and apply for h1..he doesn't have to worry abt quota | ||

this is quechen from one of my frenses in desam... 1. He was approved H1 B which was Valid from 01 Oct 2008 till 09 Sep 2011 2. He did not go for stamping and he did not stay/work in US 3. And now, he would like to apply fresh with a new company in US quechen is, does he fall under the yearly cap? ohappudu ayithe once you get 797, out of cap anevaaru.. not sure if thats still the case. light eyyandi zara |
