For h1 you can combine degrees to get 4 years bachelors equal degrees. for GC .. under eb2 you cannot do that. For Eb3 you can do that. he is good to go for h1 | ||

education evaluation considered as 3 by one law ante three years full time experience is considered 1 year education equaliant | ||

10th + polytechnic (3 years fulltime) + UK (MS 3.5 years Part time) is allowed for H1 B. one of my team member need to apply for H1B. is this allowed. |
