ya.. nenu personal experience tho manesha.. not worth if you are eating well.. if you have some medical issues and you cannot eat certain food through which you are loosing something then go for it.. non veg tine vallaki.. no anta.. eat nuts, grains, meat, vish, egg, veggies and spinach kind of stuff.. you would get more than required.. inka multivitamin enduku..? try to include above things in your daily food.. if not in whole week. | ||
