India's GDP is now growing around 7.5% from 4.2% last year. India's exports have grown 8.9% this year, the highest in the world. China's exports have "decreased" 5.2% in the last 4 months. 15.5 lakh new jobs have been created in India this year. Just FYI. Obviously lots of frustration with Modi. And after a defeat, you get every reason to beat up the govt. A layman's view of the BJP govt. now is essentially about how they are frittering away their once-in-a-generation mandate and just continuing the UPA policies and legislations and spending more time abroad than addressing ground realities. If you remember i had said even earlier, that the 2015 budget was their big chance to do landmark things, as from 2016 they will fall into election mode. They have just squandered away 18 months of honeymoon. | ||
