Annai you don't have to submit DS form to book slot. DS application start chesthey ds application number vashadi , using that you can book the slot and latter submit the application. Nenu Sep lo slot book chesa and Oct lo DS form submit chesa 1 week before the appointment. | ||

Step by step discuss cheddam brother... 1. DS-160 fill cheyyadam... u fill this out with all the info, this is basically ur visa stamping application.. when u finish this document u will get a bar code which is used in booking the appointment date and also a DS-160 confirmation page which u need to show at consulate. (now to answer ur question on half way through or complete fill cheyyala, Chinnu said full so lets go with tht.. naa case la i didnt have a DS 160 for my mom but was able to get the appt slot based on dads DS160, which is a totally different case). For now u need to complete the document ani munduku podaam 2. https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&countr y=India Once u complete the DS - 160, u book the dates for visa appt in above website... now there are 2 dates u need to pick - Date 1. to submit documents (he will ask for ds-160 confirmation, nee offical documents etc. etc.,) finger prints kuda teeskuntaaaru I think (dnt remember) this day will be 1 or 2 days before the actual visa interview. Date 2. This is ur actual appointment date... Now during booking an appt in this step.. thanks bro... document submission ante ds form submission ye na ?...or something else... chinnu bro said that you need confirmation number from ds forms to pay money....but confirmation number is same as ds form number kada...which you will already have when you start filling it kada...so you dont have to submit to pay and book slot ?
