ohh sankar I movie la unda..aithe RM bahubali la septa inko 2013 july cmpany A perm filed -> 2014 march lo query vachindi 2014 april lo nenu COmpany B ki trasnferred (company B is almost ready to buy A so vallu A lo unna h1 vallani andarini santha ki tolkupoinattu ga toluku poyinaru) 2014 aug lo perm filed by company B -> approved in 4 months -> 140 filed approved. 2 weeks happy then trouble started company A file chesina perm query purthi ayyi approve ayindi... company A AND B KI layars okkale..so patha date use seko neeki one yr kalsi vastadi ante ok ani seppina.... now company A perm meedha 140 ki filed....and it is in process now what they are saying, irrespective of B bought A, if 140 approved filed by A, u r 485 has to be filed by A. so to avoid that, once perm filed by A APPROVED, WE will apply for amendment with old date and name of the company changes antunnadu....kani naku mundhu cheppindi enti ante amendment avasaram ledu....2 140s kalipi 485 ki file chestam...patha date suyistam annadu.. santakam | ||

evarina seyinchara??? thats mom life... here is the moral story: 1. company A vadu perm started...took 2 yrs to get it approved 2. mean while B vadu A ni konesadu....appudu h1b transfer seyinchukoni, perm 140 chesadu approved. now trouble starts, company A vadu file chesina perm approve ayindi with 1 yr of older date. ippudu company A peru meedha 140 file chesadu...company B peru meeda already undi 140. now A medha 140 approve ayyaka 140 - amendment seyyali antunadu layar saab....enti situation?? santakam |
