Intolerance row: Anil Kapoor says it existed even before this government

New Delhi: Days after Shah Rukh Khan faced criticism from several political figures over his 'intolerance remark', now actor Anil Kapoor was recently quoted as saying that 'intolerance' has always existed despite which government was in power.

According to media reports, Anil even said that he is sure Shah Rukh didn't mean anything otherwise and everyone in the film industry believes in living peacefully together.

Shah Rukh had on Monday added his voice to the protest by the intelligentsia against the 'climate of intolerance' and said that there was "extreme intolerance" in the country.
