This fellow was both disgusting and stupid. Disgusting because he acted shamelessly as a TRS worker and left aside all Professional ethics and code of conduct of civil services officers in trying to manipulate voter lists both by deletion as well as by influencing delimitation of divisions to benefit TRS. Stupid because despite vast experience as an IAS officer, he was naive enough to believe that the support of the CM is enough to protect him from any adverse consequences of his irregularities. The 14 member committee formed by ECI is not under the control of the state government and he may face many problems if they gather proof against him.
