Emi undadu insurance companies have very good lawyers...based on your description their claim should not be more than 100k. Also, what do you mean by 100? Is it 100/300/100 coverage? EMC seppinattu.. nee description prakaram.. they are playing naatakal.. but I am sure that they may not be able to prove that much of medical issues which may exceed $100K total. Be positive.. going back to India should be your last option, which is almost next to invisible.. (try to update this CCDB, what happened as you get more closure in this issue.) | ||

All 5 are looking fine at the accident, but two are went to hospital, I thought they went precautionary, the driver even shake hands with me when leaving, I worried, there are two kids, they look fine. But I am looks fine when the accident happened, by evening my neck started paining, then Only I know about whiplash, I am still not completely fine after 4 months, sounds scary if they went into same style injuries, I am glad they are SUV, otherwise it could have been much worse | ||

4 months back I had an accident, I am at fault, got ticket, paid the ticket by going court, there are 5 people in the other car SUV, now they hired a lawyer to file a injury claim. Insurance says the claim is still under pending, I have only 100k as injury, over that I think I need to pay What happens wait and see, if they went to lawsuit can I go back to India? |
