Recently I had similar (not exactly) issue. My vehicle read end was backed into by another car in the parking lot. That car driver didnt share the DL details even didnt allow me to take the number plate. But gave the phone number and told me that "I will send you my insurance details after going home" But I have asked her to stop, didnt stop, I was unable to take picture of the number plate too(but I got her phone number). While I was at the scene, I have called the 911 and told it was as a hit and run. Cops told me to file an online complaint. I did rightaway.. at the end.. I wont the final verdict(that driver husband tried to flip the plate but since I have reported it as a hit and run, their insurance didnt attempt to even argue). Their insurance tool good two weeks and a load of phone calls from me before accepting the fault. But here I have been having good outcome with AAA(other party insurance). So, you must tighten the screws and nuts as much as you can right from the very first second of the incident. Also take all possible evidences. Recently one guy at a parking lot driving backwards to take a parking spot and I was behind him. I didnt drive backwards, he started even backing on to me. I have started my phone video recording. He fond the situation and got angry and gave me a middle finger. But he ended up in finding his way finally out since he knows that I had all recorded in the video. Go to the police station near by and ask them the report of your 911 call and attended officer name and badge number. Approach that officer and request (nicely) for a report. You at least get an evidence of trying for your best. | ||

naa basic knowledge ni batti: It is your mistake in the accident while backing out from parking spot, unless 1) cop gives the report that it isn't your fault 2) you took the pictures of accident scene and reported to insurance Good luck | ||

how can he say that he is on his way?? That's where the insurance will do the investigation right.. As per the pics it evident that Banams side is damaged and the other partys back.. Oka car munduku or venakaalaki potundi , side ki drive cheyyalem kada.. How can banam hit the other partys car with his side?? Banam can only hit with his cars back or front not with his rear side passenger door... The point of impact meeda investigation untadi if the other party refuses.. Nope.. call the citys police dept and ask for the cop.. talk to the cop and remind him abt the accident and ask him to give u a report (which should say ur not at fault and its other party's fault).. idi choosi the other partys insurance should give the verdict in ur favor | ||

Parking lot aina u will get a police report... since he didnt give one This is how its gonna happen... - u called ur insurance and explained the situation - Done - u call others partys insurance and they will take ur case - Done - Other partys insurance will do the investigation - They will ask for pics and taken a voice statement from both (if required) - pending - After the analysis/investigation they will give the verdict - pending.. From what u said u will easily win based on where the other guy hit ur car (his car backside kaabatti its 100% his fault).. Now if other party's insurance says its 50-50 fault and even 25-50 fault, call the police station and get the report... do u remember the name of the cop?
