Darren bro as someone living in telugu lands and modern india what is your opinion on amaravati ?

A) Something unique in india which never happened before ! something to be really pride of when the city is ready for occupancy ,,,,,,, that too on Telugu land or Telugu world ! Since they are using international expertise lets hope that that city would be on par with few international cities in terms of layout or outlook or architecture !

do you think it will become a tech hub or industrial hub that provides good entrepreneurial opportunities ? we all know some of the biggest names in india are from regions around amaravati and people there are known for initiative and enterprising spirit.... what is your economic outlook ?

A) As of now I have no idea but i assume it could be a Mini Singapore or Mini Dubai that offers certain opportunities !

However In general sense I think the city will be utilized for governance & power control over AP and parallel providing business or entreprenal oppurtunities ! However regarding (tech hub or industrial hub that provides good entrepreneurial opportunities) in the current scenario i think this works in higher scale for big time players or big shots like PVP , GVK . LANCO . SUJANA GROUP . LINGAMANENI . Dr.REDDY LABS . APPOLLO . Divi Labs etc and so many others domestic or national level groups ! They would benefit greatly in long run with an equation with government of AP ! For small fishes or Small scale business people could benefit from like setting up of pubs or leisure activities or restaurants or some sort of Small scale business ! However i think the rental value or lease could be slightly costly depending on inflow of migrant or local population !

The other side of the coin is that dont expect immediate growth or returns until the city rolls for few yrs ! But it has good potential for inflow of outsiders or visitors could be domestic or international for curiosity or with the attractions the city could offer !
In the long run local entrepreneurs could benefit greatly !

instead of scratching bolls in USA do you think amaravati will provide good opportunities with NRIs with risk capital ?

A) there is a 50-50 risk in India ! Due to non stability of Gov Parties ! Also people mindset ! However since Japan and singapore are investing or developing we can have some hope ! With the master plan or blue print u can really understand how the city will be built , hence it wise to invest now or look for good bussiness opportunities ! Since amarvati won't be like your normal city in india like (blore , hyd , delhi , bombay) It will be unique
In future they might be plenty of opportunities ! It all depends on the individual how u tap and make use of them !

some people are saying amaravati will be like tokyo or singapore in many years do you believe in this ? is this the right time to invest ? chandra babu naidu has brought big names like softbank from japan and other hi fi people from around the world... is amaravati the real deal ?

A) Yes it could be , by the design aspect what singapore gave it looks or seems to be like that ! U think Japan or Singapore are fools to waste their time or money just like that ! Of course dude they will make it into a modern city or could be a mini singapore or dubai or tokyo what ever ! Wait until they roll the bolls ! If u invest now they is a scope for some percentage of growth ! I mean in terms of asset value ! Instead u invest in peak and expect great return…. then ur percentage of returns could be less ! U seen I cannot promise that by building amaravati like Singapore or Dubai or Tokyo it would also have same business scale or same ratio of growth or same income as those cities ! For a city to grow it take so many factors ! But in India Amaravati might grow to some extent since its first of its kind ! Also stategic location do matters for a city to grow esp the cities facing sea ! Simply building a city won't grow unless some potential is there ! May be singapore or Japan saw some potential for growth ! In todays world nothing works without risk !

Singapore or Japan are not fools to simply come to Amaravati just for the heck of it ! Definetly there must be something to look out for ! I really salute and honor CBN sir ! We normal dicks unable to convince a single person nor convince girlfriend or wife ! CBN sir could have really impressed & convinced countries like japan or Singapore means hatts off to ability !

Remember in life sometimes to be successful u need to take risk ! Certain things dont work without taking risk unless u are damn damn lucky
