this did not work for me in Atlanta airport June 2014. I forgot my DL in MSP airport while security check. I had my passport and copy of DL in phone. I checked all other rental kiosks( originally hertz). Bright side is one of my colleagues said he was able to use copy in Dayton airport. So may be it depends on the guys at counter. | ||

cops pull over is ok, as long as you have valid license , they will accept copy, they can pull your history based on your L #, they have everythign | ||

try with your passport with DL copy, they might accept it, all they need DL number and ID, ID can be passposrt worst case any of your friends to take the car on be half of you, you can be a sub | ||

idi 100% confirm... You cannot rent a car without DL... they dont accept copies... One option u have is ask a friend to rent the card for u... BUT remember u cannot drive without a valid DL.. pull over aithe u have to go to court and explain a whole lot of things... | ||
