occassional coffee with sugar for unexpected pikoo problems is OK. instead of regular tea switch to green/lemon and add honey :-)

sugar you can avoid but occassionaly OK. replace sugar with honey and add to green/lemon tea. avoid coffee. also cut down sweets if u eat them regularly

salt u cannot avoid but koorallo etc., tagginchamani cheppu. another way for healthy eat is okasari oka item tinnaka no second time policy ettuko. or kancham lo okasari vaddincukuni, tinesi cheyyi kadigesukO..

3 months nunchi whole yogurt thintunna, aa effect anukunta.

morning breakfast ideas seppandi...milk with cereals, oats with some curry tho laagisthunna
