The woman in her complaint claimed she and Mishra were friends for over four years and would often meet each other. On September 25 she entered Mishra’s hotel room when he was not around and this resulted in an altercation when he arrived, the woman told the police. The argument turned violent and Mishra allegedly beat her with a tea kettle. |
