Following veggies buy 7 bags from albertsins
Or one big bag from Costco

every night one bag or 1/4 the of Costco bag boil it
And consume that's it
cabbage, bokchoy, green beans
Bracolli, Brussels sprouts, kauliflowers

Following u can eat raw
Cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers different colors
Avacado, eddamne beans etc

Fruits Apple or pears good for fiber
Nuts almonds

Above said items anytime u eat no u r safe enough
That u can maintain ur physique as rock solid :-)

Don't ever eat anything at night other than that I mentioned above

If u still feel hungry or
In between sleep u got wake up as ur stomach is empty
Eat an apple or fistful of almonds

But never never eat any junk or oily ir carbs at that time
Be rigid on your diet

Slowly your body going to adjust with that kind of food
Once it get adjusted that's it you would Njoy the real fun in
Healthy food and u feel surprise by looking at others when they
Eating all kind of junk like too much rice, pizzas and burgers fried
Items etc

I already started feeling that by looking at others they do less or no workouts
But they eat left and right all kinds of food

I am getting laugh heart fully by looking at them

As many laughter at me when I am following strict diet
Now it's my turn to laugh at many :D

Instead of starving at night eat following vegetables

They are negative calory vegetables

Cucumbers cut into small pieces eat plenty
One big cabbage cut into small pieces boil well
After that filter out water add little salt pepper and olive oil
Super ga untadi
Likewise replace cabbage with green beans,
Bokchoy etc leafy vegetables at night

They don't add much calories and you feel ur stomach full :D

But don't eat potatoes rice etc

ne metabolism bane untundi first, so eating good food + lowering calories valla your body will have to tap into your fat stores to burn them or use them for energy.

slow gaa (after 1 or 2 months)your body will get used to your calorie intake..tarvatha enti???????? fat loss will stall..

anduke we need to trick the body always.. how???????? by inducing physical strain.. ante?????? vollu kastapettadam regular ga..

fat free milk or curd is not so good..fat teese process lo they mix lot of shit and lots of enzymes die..

Lunch quinoa or brown rice just one or half cup only

Diet lo konni changes ante following already

low carb diet in the evening/early dinner
no fast foods/soft drinks/artificial fruit juices
more water
cut down oils but balanced diet

sethanna last 4 months. Waist 1 inch taggindi. LOL.
