nenu outside food kummutaa kaani usually no Indian Restaurants when I go out. mostly mexican or italian (bertuccis or olive garden). Indian vellina no rice but only chapatis/rotis.

No No to Jeedi pappu...only baadam pappu (Almonds) and oka 1 hour naanabetti tinandi! Total Cholestrol kanna aa HDL, LDL numbers important and HDP oka 50, LDL under 90 unte katti kaatar...but again for your age you doing good except for HDL!

No sweets for one year (or lessen by 90%) ani decide ayya. idokkate ibbandi karam. migilinavi parledu.

avacado kummali month 2/3 times aite.
