Fresh Milk teesukuni heat sestharu.. 2. then milk nunchi fat separate sestharu.. 3. then milk nunchi lactose teesestharu... fat, milk remains (mostly like milk powder), lactose separate ga store chesukuntar... depending on supply-demand... at later point of time (say 1-2 months after they really got the milk).. they mix all these 3 ingredient back... and make it milk like... by-products 1. lactose free milk 2. 1% fat mix chesthey 1% milk 3. 2% fat mix chesthey 2% milk 4. 3.19% fat mix chesthey = "whole milk" they also add DHA or Vitamin A, D etc... Oraganic Milk lo step 1 lo some infrared or someother method lo heat chestharu.. so all the bacteria die immediately... and thats why organic milk stays longer than regular milk.... When you start reading online... okko sari u get so many contradicting answers and mottam confuse chesi dobbutaru...
