I was hesitant to watch it in theater after reading online reviews and DB talk.. thought of waiting for DVD but HD insisted to watch in theater.. Last night NJ New Brunswick theater (very big one) house full. I was shocked.. First bad stuff.. Yes, graphics are bad and direction is not up to the mark (wt can u expect from Guna given his recent track record) If the same story was given to SSR then he would have made it another Bahubali... BGM also was not that great.. surprised that Ilayaraja sir couldn't do any better Now the good stuff.. Anushka did excellent job and did complete justice to the role Prakash Raj as usual rocked in his role Rana also did good job But it was AA who carried the film completely even though his role was limited (extended guest role). If it was not for AA in Gona Ganna Reddy role, then this movie would not have seen the light SSR was right.. Movie was flat and was going down the hill but GGR entry brought it back.. Someone in DB commented about his Telangana accent etc.. But i think it was good decision and it came out well. Lines written for GGR and accent, getup etc worked perfectly. Bottom line: Go with low expectations, don't expect grandeur like bahubali and you will most likely like it. Guna, i was one of the guys who used to ridicule you and i most probably will continue given your recent works but for this film take a bow - not for direction but your commitment, will power to make the film because you believed in it. It must have been one hell of a ride but hope it pays off.. My rating - 3.5/5 Don't say you don't have enough time.
