you are entitled to itemized bill.. move in condition document cheste with pictures, they you can always fight normal wear and tear.. fight cheste taggochu, perige chances ledu so I would always fight back.. ofcourse this is only one time I had to fight. every other time, no fines whatsoever | ||

Depends on how long you stayed in place. nenu one year lease chesaka, walls meeda konni marks ki vadu 100$ bill + misc anni kalipi oka 500 ampadu, oka strong letter ampa (if you send it certified even better).. when I was signing lease I was told apartment will be painted fresh for each new lease and other damages are not meaningful as they come under normal wear and tear ani why I am charged this much now ani..
