Convince em ledu bhayya... naa experience is the corporates are very reasonable.. u dnt have to do too much begging or convincing... especially needi highend/luxury kaabatti i am assumin it might be easier than my case.. Naa case - I used to hear noise and constant whining noise from my altima.. took it to the dealer, he said transmission dobbindi and the seal looks tampered so I m not fixing it even if its under warrant... called the corporate and they fixed it, pedda nuisance cheyyaledu... I am sure they will do what ever it takes to fix it, no need of an attorney.. try it out... | ||

First thing u need to do is call the corporate customer service and open a case with them.. explain the issues you have and what all has been done with the car... they will assign a guy to the case and make sure all the issues are resolved... Going to the car dealer is good but u need bigger force (manufacturer) to get to the bottom of this... | ||

few weeks back oka brand new SUV konna show room nuchi bayataku vachi entered on highway, when i hit 60/65 speed i can sense vibrations in my hand muscles i felt some thing is wrong and took it to service they changed 3 tires and gave it back, again i still sense 10% of vibrations and i am not convinced took it to another dealer for service, this time he changed 4th tire and front break pads an routers come back and did yesterday stress test, i still feel the vibrations, not gone completely, again fixed the appointment for next week, don't no what they are going to do this time what are my option now, i cannot return the car since there is no return policy, Lemon law protects after 4 repeated services for same problem, they can replace the car ivi kakunda yedavalni sue sue lantivi emina cheyocha, peace of mind ledu, denemma jeevitham antha money spend chesinatharavatha kuda |
