Bottom line: Never lie.. Having said that.. You have to be VERY CAREFUL with any official submission with false information. It may eventually bite you at some time later. Never represent any false information into the Government channels(not limited to H1B application resume but beyond any Immigration petition(aka Green Card) etc.. In fact, if you review VERY CAREFULLY, you dont need to lie in the goverment documents. Example: In your GC application, in the Biometrics document, you may need to give your past work experience. Here you must note that what is the MINIMUM BASIC eligibility for that petition. Lets say you are filing for EB2 level job for GC, you dont need to represent any single year of experience when you hold a Masters Degree. Also if you are just bachelor degree holder, you need only 4 additional years of experience (no necessarily to be continuous but also with breaks in the years) to be eligible for EB2 level position. So, you MAY NOT need to represent false information in the application at all. So, all it takes is good review with respect to what it is required. Again.. never lie.. it would bite you at some point later.. | ||

USCIS exp is different from desi comp exp they don't look into same DB, desi and other company background cheks ki separate companies untayi, what ever you provide they call that company and they will find out the info from that you have to carefull here, but uscis is different, when you put exp give genuine exp to uscis,in case they call you are convered, careful with your HR, they may use this when they want to show some excuse to fire you, | ||
