yeah, but i never worked in an offshore team, i worked for a product development company, mostly maa CEO ki support vundetodini for everything realted to product that I work on.. andukani ala kasthapadalsi vocchindhi but ikkada NRIs work cheyyatam istham leka DB lo vundatledu anukunta, work valla skill and experience ki thaggattu lekapovatam valla anipisthadi naaku, look at some guys Mav, HD, Bunty, Twitter, Mental, Whyme vellantha DB loney vunnattu vuntaru kani, daily tonnulla koddi posts veyyaru, evo adapadapa thappa, and some times for 4-5 days kanipincharu DB lo, antey they are busy doing their work ane kadha rao garu NRI db'rs doesn't work hard anedhi midhya anukunta, and also most of the indian companies block everything including youtube, emails, chats etc, andukey we dont see that many here  | ||

Offshore guys ni andaru kindal chesthaaru kaani, lot of times you get really good guys who work so hard.. long hours, weekends limit lekundaa work chesthaaru some guys ee DB kuda big example anukuntaa.. i think we have 80% NRI DBers and may be 20% desi guys here, right? :-) that tells something.. Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresea, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein | ||

initial years worked really hard 4.5 years worked in India, okka roju kuda before 10 vocchindhi ledhu intiki including weekends 3 months aithey 9-3am worked on a product.. once moved to north america 3 years worked hard, after that started with new company and became relaly laid back  malli last 2 years nunchi back to working hard days | ||

Ee roju morning offshore team tho daily status call lo status review chesthunte sudden gaa anipinchindi.. majority of the offshore team members are young.. possibly in mid-late 20s. 2 days ago outline chesina oka task ki blood petti within 2 days end to end solution design document chesi ichaaru.. i was pleasantly surprised flash back lo manam kuda anthe kadaa aa age lo oka level lo enthu tho work chese vaallam.. ippudu zombies laa edo alaa walking around when i say manam, i meant me, my self and my friends :-) DB lo hard(ly) working ppl pls don't take it to heart :-) Don't say you don't have enough time.
