we need to keep our genetic background and family history in mind, and take those diets that suite our constitution

Donot go for online diets as is - you need to do some alterations

it is 60% complex carbs (brown or mudi biyyam, whole wheat, raagi, sajjalu, oats etc) limit the intake to 3 moderate servings per meal

it is 20-25% protien from lean sources (lean meat,eggs, all legumes kandi, minumu, pesara, chena etc, Black eye beans, Rajma, Pesalu, senagalu) all well soaked and cooked

remaing 15-20% - Venetables, Green leafy vegetables, fruits, moderate nuts - based on individual body conditions

Good Amount of water, 30-40 Brisk activity 5 days a week, spend quality time with family and friends

Regular doc checks and follow thier advises

i was on a very balanced diet,loosing inches but not pounds,2yrs chemata odisthe 9kgs tagga but i lot 4-5 inches,weight ala maintain ayitandi,vitals anni perfecto.

low carb high protien set seyyali oka 4 weeks ani flanningu

about 5'7" height ki nenu 150 LBs unna. koncham potta undi. target is to reduce another 5-7 LBs by year end.

Flat belly kavali. emi cheyyali?

almost no rice (except in parties or festival times) from last one plus year.

belly reducing simple exercises to do at home suggest cheyyanDi. TIA
