yes, I see a way to make capital a truly bonded region for entire AP ppl. Why not make ppl of other regions/part of AP participate in land pooling. There is definitely demand for land in other parts of state too.. land might be useful for infrastructure, industries, establishments and what not.. there is definitely demand for area in few areas.. why not allow them to participate in land pooling and offer them area in capital region?? I see a true meaning to centralized development with this strategy... |
