I had a different issue. Birth Certificate lo, names unnaayi kaani, Lastname badulu just initial vesaaru V ani. RFE noticed just said 'submit or re-submit birth certificates'. So, the attorney composed an affidavit to be signed and notarized by my parents. India lo stamp paper meeda notarized affidavit pampinchaaru and that sufficed. So, just generic unavailability anatam kanna, specific issue ni address chesthoo affidavit cheyyinchaaru maa attorney. Hope this helps. 01/06/2012 - 169.4; 8/1/2013 - 182 | ||

What i got from my experience. 1) You birth certificate should say government of AP or India. government is important. 2) It should not say based on passport, based on school record. It should only consider Hospital records. 3) Birth certificate should say.. Person so and so born on so and so date and it is registered just after your birth date.. not like in recent years. Even you birth certificate with govt of ap/t/india, the registration date is key. It should not refer local records etc. AS back up.. get your auncle , aunty give affidavit. it take hardly couple of day.. intha kante ekkuva teliste.. seppandi.. god bless. If your passport has all the info correctly then go to the nearest indian consulate and ask for a birth certificate....they will give based on your passport. Na birth certificate lo spellings Banda boothulunnai..wife ki bc ur ledu Now I got a template affidavit for unavailability of bc to be signed by two witnesses..this is straightforward..however the lawyer is also asking for an "Unavailability of Birth Certificate from a Govt Agency"..I have the following questions on this request: 1. Is this really necessary? 2. Where do I get this unavailability certificate from? 3. Should I get this from the place of birth? Puttindi hindupur lo but ippudu evvaru leru akkada..same with wife..
