Ramramesh:Osmania and Gandhi medical colleges ni maa United AP money thoo develop chesi maa Medical seats anni dobbesi malli ikkada neethulu septunnara?
Osmania ni AP money tho develop chesara? siggu padandi, if that is the case all other medical colleges in erstwhile AP ni evari money tho chesaro? if you look at the number of towns/cities well developed in present AP and compare it with TS you will know which part has developed more. Except for Hyderabad TS does not have any town/city developed as compared to Tirupathi, Vza, Kurnool, Guntur, Nellore and host of other 2 tier towns/cities. So meeru matlade development ekkada jarigindo telusukondi mundara In history there is no such thing as the last word on any subject research leads to new things every day |

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/hyderabad/SC-strikes -down-APs-GO-120/articleshow/49053372.cms HYDERABAD: In a major embarrassment to Andhra Pradesh, the Supreme Court on Monday upheld the contention of eight medical aspirants who challenged the GO 120 issued by the state government. The Supreme Court bench comprising Justice C Nagappan and Justice MY Eqbal directed AP not to follow the GO 120 in its present form from the next academic year as it was against the spirit of the Presidential Order of 1975. Earlier, the AP High Court had struck down the GO. The AP government had appealed in the Supreme Court against the HC ruling. The GO cancelled the zonal system that was put in place following the Presidential Order of 1975. Sri Padmavati Medical College in Tirupati was exempted from the zonal system through the GO by the state government resulting in loss of quota for Rayalaseema districts. The move deprived Rayalaseema of 85% of its legitimate share in the 120 seats granted by the Centre to the medical college. AP through the GO declared the college a state-level institution.
