Uscis says your latest renewal got approved but If u r not here in local to receive that or if u don't have that in your hand Then it's called abonded At the POE officer will not allow you as u don't have latest renewal of AP in your hand Driving is my PASSION. Ball or Bimmer does not matter. | ||

If you apply for AP and leave the country, then USCIS will consider that you have abandoned your AP application. So don't do it, wait for the approval and leave the country with the approval. This is what an officer at USCIS office said to me, that time I had to do an emergency interview/approval. | ||
