Here is what i found in my research..
Biggest culprit for fat around belly region is foods in foods with lot of sugar content directly or indirectly.. directly: sweets, indirectly: rice and other similar carbs. sugar naturally available in fruit is ok as long as you are eating the fruit since the fiber offsets the negative effects of sugar... normal everyday life needs only 50g of sugar but an apple has 50g of sugar.. so sugar items minimize cheste waist control authadi..

my 2 cents..
same stuff everyday cheste body will adjust quite easily and you will plateau.. HIIT is the best imho. running/jogging is good but for real impact as starc said.. speed penchuthu tagginchutunte.. impact baaga untadi.. it is also another form of HIIT. software jobs chesevallam andaram everyday atleast 30 mins workout aina cheyyali.. atleast 30 mins jog.. lekunte definitely licked..

Whatever you do it all depends on how much fat you are burning. Do not check how much weight your loosing.. Check how much fat your loosing. find the fat percentage in your body. You can do that by taking measurements around your belly.. arms and thighs. A good athletic should have around 15% of fat.. When you start coming down to 20% then you see difference in the belly and it start flatten out. Less than 15% would bring your abs out and you see 2 pack and later 4 pack.. then 6 pack..

reaching to 15% is not that easy.. it would take toll out of you.. Also going down to 10% risky. .only professional under doctor observation do that. when fat goes down lower than 10% would impact organs and as goes lower they fail..

Hd..

Sprints, less breaks between reps.. cardio.. will make it possible babai.. instead of spending hours together.. 45 minutes of weight workout would yield good results. 15 minutes cardio.. next 30 minutes.. workout with 30 seconds break.. .. that is it for day.. will work.. of course Diet is important.

Around 40 avuthe little extra efforts ettali.. also ZMA would help it little more..

if you have men boobs then try to do pushups and slanted dips. Also you have incline bench press then do it.. it is known problem.

Also when you increase muscle and lower fat than you would be weighing same but you looks lean. So weight never would tell you how healthy you are. fat% and muscle will tell you..

Also the fat what you see in thighs , arms and belly is easy to burn and first one to get burned when you start working out. But fat under you organs like around liver, above your belly, around your heart is very tough and that is one which give all bad health issues.

so concentrate on the fat %. Fat is not always bad.. more is bad..
