Issue is not HYD or BEZAWADA...issue is APT ayithe kastam anedi! HYD lo pichhi pichhi gaa kattaru APARTMENTS...in my last visit was to NIZAMPET, MIYAPUR etc...did not understand whether we need SO MANY APTs in HYD and how many actual are occupied!

In Nizampet Water bill comes around 1200-2000 per month. Water Meters installed in all most all flats. 8 to 10 months dependent on water tankers.

In Maytas Hill County you Rate is Rs 3149 per sqft....throw away price for that kind of ambiance and facilities. Best Hill View Venture in Hyderabad. You feel like living in US/Dubai

I always say...if you are paying say some big 70 lacs for an APT and if going 10 KM away you are getting a 200 Sq Yds PLOT for say 60 lacs GO FOR the plot and with some 25 lacs you can build in that...so 85 lacs OWN house and only down side is driving 10 KM extra. Ok, few may say driving 10 KM extra! Asala INVESTMENT kosam ayithe APT poorthiga dandaga anukuntunna!





Pure investment kaithee land is best bet.

Vundataaniki aithee apartment more comfortable. As safety will be good. U can live in better area than in Independent house.

Longtermm appreciation aithe definitely Independent house rocks

india lo problem..how ever top notch you maintain your own flat..it should be sipported by wntire communicty and owner koodaa common areas ni baagaa maintain cheyyali in good condition...

basically manadhi very unorganised market...suppose in a new venture..proper gaa occupy chese owners oka 50% vunte..rest are owned by NRIs and rental people..who may care damn about keeping clean..

and after few year..ghostly look vastundhi in common areas...ammadam sangathi pakkana pettu...manam as a owner vundaalanaa chiraku dobbudhi...

these apartments are built in 90's, okapudu top of the class apartments. my relatives stay there ippudu demand padi poyinda?

since bus stop ki dagara and market ki also very close, minimum 50 to 60 lakhs undali, leda?

25 - 30 year old apartment aaaa akkada 1-2 years vee resale cheyyatam chala kastam. Simple funda banks don't give loans for second sales so market for resale will be very small and for apartments older than 10 years forget it.

konevallu water issue peddaga pattinchukodam leedu.. basic ga 70 to 80% area lo water issue untundi summer lo... as long as ready to sell for less prices transactions are going on... just this weekend v v nagar(KP) lo flat ammeesa... 1 month undi market lo ... not a bad price even.. and again as someone said it depends on other factors like builder, area etc...

Kondapur lo maa Apt lo same situation ....

Bore endipoyindhi .... pade chances chaala takkuva ... to test it malli inko 2-4 Lakhs aamadham.

Rainy season lo, little bit Winter lo tappa migatha all months sorry all days Tanker tanker tanker .... its almost daily 1-2 tankers for Apt to survive on a daily basis.

Tanker lo malli Commercial / Non commercial .... dheeniki malli naana yaathana padaali to get multiple connections, intiki okkate malli icchedhi.
