I just finished the second time, after 2 months. Last two times it dint work means dint lose any weight... This time I lost some weight... Mostly body cleansing ki use avvuddi... Nenu strict vadu cheppindi follow avutha, complete stuff chesesta with fruits and veggies... Like this time I had 2 water melons, 6 apples, 6 oranges, half pound each beet root/tomato/carrot/capsicum/onion/avocado for salad, milk, bananas, Tuna fish etc. anni tintu unna to keep stomach full...
