For weight loss, eat 3 or 4 times a day, but small quantities
eat dinner atleast 2 hours before going to bed
Limit calories around 1800 during this period
if you eat normal food and do the exercise, losing weight is very difficult/minimal
ofcourse reduce carbs/sweet intake
Ignore spam.

nenu skinny vunapud kooda i was above my "suggested weight"
dont go by that. tummy with min fat vunte chaalu imo

It is experiment, If I cannot take then will change it... Target is it reach 72-74Kg and start exercise to build muscle...

Weight loss chronicle (188 lbs. to 172 lbs.)

Earlier I had attempted the weight loss program and with success but never tried to sustain it. This time I strongly decided to experiment and find a suitable plan for me. So the journey started in Jun this year and experimenting and correcting the plan. Ultimate aim is to find a sustainable plan for me.

I have started this program when I was @188 lbs. (85 Kg) in Jun’15 and now @172 lbs. (78 Kg) in three and half months.

Phase I
Keep the main meals as is, no change in that. Replace all the junk food (snacks) with fruits

Phase II
Breakfast is two idly two boiled eggs during non-veg days, 4 idly during veg days. Chutney for breakfast is always a low calorie tomato chutney and once in a while coconut chutney. Replace rice with brown rice/Chapatti. All junk food replaced with fruits. Whenever felt sweet cravings eat high sugar fruit like date/honey dew melon slice etc. Sweets are very limited

Phase III
Will be starting this phase next week. I am going to continue the same idly+egg breakfast, brown rice/chapatti with limited curry for lunch and replace dinner with fruit salad/Sprouts/veg. salad.

Following are common during the all phases

1. 45-60 min brisk walk 5 days a week (3-4 miles). Will replace walking with Yoga during winter
2. Idly is either regular idly or Oats idly or Ragi idly or wheat idly
3. One glass of buttermilk before going to bed in the night
4. Sunday is no-diet day. Eat varieties but in limited quantity
