yup.. but it will also depend on the kind of claims he has... the rate won't go up just like that kada... they will analyze the type of incidents too... I was in an accident and end result was 50-50 at fault... my insurance didnt pay a penny because i told them I am paying out of my pocket for other cars damages (the other party/insurance never called me or my insurance).. the other insurance paid me 500 bucks for repairs... my premium didnt go up in this case even though i was 50% responsible... It also depends on how long u have been with the company, policies of the company, the state ur living in, no. of overall incidents/claims, the amount they paid out etc etc... antha vishnu maaya/scam | ||
