Not just prestige, all the so-called big builders - prestige, sobha, mantri, brigade, salarpuria have a high rate in any area. There were some projects from all these builders which flouted rules, but, they are still considered better than other builders. But, if you use portals or agents, you will get flats/villas on a lesser rent than the quoted numbers in the above prestige page. | ||

Penthouses are selling relatively slower than the regular flats. Also, the penthouse price per sq ft is also quoted lesser than the single-level flats. For pent houses, I heard a price between 5700 and 6200. The price varies based on the number of parking spaces, whether the flat is toward the central park or towards the other towers.
They are 3122 sq ft flats, not 3200 sq ft. If you are planning to sell, it is better if you mention it as 4 BHK flat(4th room is a regular sized bedroom, not study as in the 3.5 bhk flats). Heard of price above 6500. Depends further on flat facing clubhouse or commercial complex, which floor is it on, number of parking spaces. If you are part of apartment group on apartmentadda, I see some posts every now and then asking for flats on rent and sale. | ||
