Nizamabad: These are the incidents that tell us about the intensity of adulterated and illicitly brewed liquor in Telangana. The number of victims affected to adulterated liquor in the state rose to 70. To give a high, diazepam is added as an additive to the liquor and people get habituated to this drug. Now, with reduction in the dose of diazepam people, who consumed this liquor, are behaving strangely in Nizamabad. Everyday about 5 to 10 cases are being admitted to hospitals. Illicit liquor has been plaguing villages of Mahbubnagar too.
